Participation of Regional Governments by promoting and opening prospects for cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, and tourism with business players from China, as well as through G-to-G (Government-to-Government) cooperation.

Hi - Tech Gallery
This hall was newly introduced at CAEXPO 2024 and will continue in future editions. It represents an upgrade by CAEXPO to open new opportunities for Indonesia, particularly in the development of renewable technology in the processing of natural resources. Additionally, this hall will host special One-On-One Meetings between Chinese investors and Indonesian entrepreneurs.

Indonesia Business Forum
Cooperating and coordinating with the Directorate General of National Export Development (Ditjen PEN) of the Ministry of Trade, the Indonesian representatives, including the Consulate General in Guangzhou, ITPC in Shanghai and Guangzhou, the Trade Attaché of the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing, and the CAEXPO organizers. This includes both general business forums and One-On-One Business Forums.

Cultural Performance
A traditional dance performance from various regions across the archipelago will take the stage at the Indonesian Pavilion to showcase the diversity and grandeur of the nation’s culture.

Mini Talkshow Commodity Hall
A talk show held on the last two days of CAEXPO with exhibitors who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and a serious commitment to participating in the exhibition, covering aspects from product preparation to sales strategies.

Public Relation Program
More serious and up-to-date handling of promotional and publicity media aims to broaden the reach of coverage during CAEXPO by utilizing the latest media platforms, such as Instagram Live, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and others.

CABIS (China Asean Business & Investment Summit)
Maintaining the relationship between China and ASEAN at CAEXPO requires increasingly close consistency between stakeholders from both countries. This special forum will involve the Investment Coordinating Board of Indonesia (BKPM RI), trade associations in Indonesia, such as KADIN and APINDO.
